Like most things people want some thing quick easy with no effort that works for them.
But then again don't we all want that in some form or another in our every day lives.
Read on as I lift the lid off of it.
It is promoted as a easy way out of not exercising and sticking to a punishing diet regime. Eating everything from fish to well fish, tuna and mayo.
The product promoted is from Cleveland's Three Day Clinic well known and respected throughout the diet world and supported by the American Heart Association giving it further credibility. Based around the Japanese diet of fish it includes the intake of plenty of omega fatty acids. The Japanese are considered to have one of the worlds healthiest lifestyles were longevity is the norm.
Often thought of as the Army 3 day diet or the Navy diet it has been around for some time. But perhaps not so much in the public eye as the recent promotions.
What is great about the diet plan is that it is FREE and can be obtained from the internet on various sites. Just type in " 3 day Diet plan " and you should find what you are looking for although many will offer a variation to the plan.
So how does it works?
Simple by cutting out all the carbohydrates and concentrating on fish you are effectively
reducing the " Water weight" of the body. This can be temporary for as soon as you go back to a carbohydrate diet you will put the water weight back on. If you want a continuation of weight lose you must keep it up and not fall into the trap of - as soon as you loose weight you will be so pleased with yourself and go back to your old habits. This will be your downfall and the pounds will go back on.
So in conclusion it has it's pros and cons, it's positives and negative opinions.
1) If you need to loose weight quickly in say 3 days for a special occasion like a wedding or date, great use this diet.
2) Once you finish the diet plan and go back to your old ways you will put on that water weight.
